Parkmans is delighted to announce that its team is expanding with the new appointment of Katie Greenslade as a Trainee Property Management Administrator based in the Abercarn office.
Katie joined Parkmans last month after completing her GCSEs and leaving school. She grew up in Northern Ireland but moved to Abercarn to complete Years 10 and 11 in Abercarn High School.
Charlotte Burles Corbett, Managing Director of Parkmans, said, “I can see a huge amount of potential in Katie and look forward to seeing her role with Parkmans grow with her confidence in the future. We are pleased that she has become a member of our ever-growing and successful business. With her friendly and efficient nature, Katie will offer a warm smile and welcome to our clients visiting our Abercarn office.”
Parkmans has over 50 years of experience as specialist Estate & Letting Agents, Property Managers and Insurance Brokers in south east Wales. The company is one of the oldest and best respected in its field, as well as being the largest and busiest practice in the Valleys. Katie will meet and greet visitors to the Abercarn office, liaise with landlords and tenants as well as assist with paperwork.
Parkmans is able to provide clients with the total moving experience, from arranging mortgages, property rentals, home insurance and recommending local solicitors. Providing both buyers and sellers alike with everything that they could want from an Estate Agent.
Katie said, “I am looking forward to working with the team in the Parkmans Abercarn office and I’m grateful to Charlotte for giving me this opportunity.  I’ve known the company since moving to Abercarn two years ago and I have already been made to feel welcome by all the team.”
