Parkmans welcome new member of staff to the Team in Cardiff Bay
Parkmans has over 50 years of experience as specialist Property Managers, Estate & Letting Agents and Insurance Brokers in south east Wales. The company is one of the oldest and best respected in its field, as well as being the largest and busiest practice in the Valleys.
Kelly started in February and deals with the administration for the Celestia Block of 457 apartments in Cardiff Bay. Parkmans are the Block Managing Agents for Celestia. Kelly’s day to day role includes: Dealing with daily queries on site from tenants and leaseholders; Undertaking Health & Safety site inspections and liaising with Contractors on site.

Parkmans Block management team is managed by Ruth Powell and is based in the Cardiff Bay office. The team offers a friendly and efficient service to a number of clients across south east Wales. Services include the collection of ground rents and service charges; the preparation of service charge budgets and financial forecasts; arrangement of flat management functions and negotiation of associated contracts; the supervision of building works; gardening, cleaning and day-to-day management.
Kelly lives in Cardiff and graduated from Cardiff Metropolitan University with a MSc in Sport Psychology. She previously worked as a supervisor in St Davids Hotel, Cardiff and as a trainee Sports Psychologist at Liverpool Football Club.
