As Managing Director Charlotte Burles Corbett MSc FNAEA FAAV MRICS leads the Team. Charlotte's hard work has contributed to the success of the business and as a professional member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) she is highly qualified and a dedicated driving force behind the business.

Mary-Anne Greenslade is also a loyal member of staff who has served the Company since 1996. As Office Manager for Abercarn and Blackwood, Mary-Anne is a very efficient individual who oversees the day to day management of the lettings, personal and commercial insurance aspects of our business. Mary-Anne provides a strong approach to the Company; she handles the rent accounts meticulously. The strength in her character provides a fundamental force behind our business.
Jenny Welsh is our most valued and longest serving member of staff who has provided almost 30 years of loyal service. Jenny is the face of our business dealing mainly with property management, undertaking property viewings and possible rental appraisals. Jenny offers the most friendly and accommodating approach to all our clients and is therefore known on a first name basis by all providing a very personal service with a wealth of local knowledge and a warm smile.
Leah Robinson-Blanche joined our Team over eight years ago and is our Lettings Administrator/Property Managing Agent. Offering a bank of local knowledge she is another loyal and trustworthy member of the Team. Despite her ‘relaxed’ nature Leah cares immensely about the Business and gives 100% to all aspects of her role.
Leanne Melardi joined Parkmans in July 2017 to head up our Property Sales team. Having set up the Property Sales department just a year ago we are delighted to have Leanne join our team as she has almost a decade of experience within the property industry. With her happy, friendly and efficient nature, Leanne offers our clients a high-quality professional, yet personal, buying and selling experience.
Natasha is a valuable member of our team. She divides her time between our Blackwood and Abercarn offices. Having arrived back from maternity leave recently Natasha undertakes property inspections throughout the area we cover.
Georgia O'Connell joined our Team at Parkmans in May 2019 as a Trainee Estate Agent and Property Managing Agent, she is based predominantly in the Blackwood office. Georgia is on hand to assist with all your property queries, to negotiate sales offers, deal with progressions and viewings. In addition she is a fully qualified member of Rent Smart Wales and can liaise with landlords and tenants as well as assist with paperwork.
Cardiff Bay Office

Ruth Powell returned to work for Parkmans in June 2017 as our Block Manager, she is based in our Cardiff Bay office. Ruth previously worked with us from 2009 until 2012. As Manager of seven Residential Blocks across south east Wales, Ruth constantly works to resolve issues for leaseholders and residents. She works hard to continually improve our sites with a great team of staff.
As Sales and Lettings Manager for our Block Management Service, Andrea Stephenson is based in our Cardiff Bay office with Ruth Powell. Andrea joined Parkmans in 2013. Day to day Andrea’s role is varied as she manages all the work related to sales and lettings for the seven residential blocks we manage across south Wales. She does Health & Safety checks, Fire Alarm testing, rental and sales viewings as well as inspections and Block inspections, she also manages service charges.
Kelly Bourne joined the Block Management team in our Cardiff Bay office early in 2019 and is responsible for ensuring the Celestia Block is run efficiently and effectively assisting with all day to day block management matters.

We are very privileged to have an experienced and conscientious team at Celestia they offer a high standard of service and have a great rapour with Leaseholders and Residents. Luke Haggett, Head Concierge, brings a wealth of experience and supports the rest of the team with their duties on site. He ensures the site runs efficiently and effectively and is complemented by Gary George a long standing and well-respected concierge together with Robert Loxton who covers the weekend night shift and our most recent member of staff, Jo Gauci. Offering 24-hour care, the concierge team bring many qualities to the development ensuring it is safe and secure for the residents of Celestia. On-site Maintenance, Mark White, is a skilled trades man and has established a great knowledge of the site, he is assisted by Peter Taylor, who provides great support and is a valuable team member. The cleaning staff, Fiona Swan and Steve Taylor, maintain the blocks to a high standard and are both valued, long standing members of our team.
